LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW POLICY: As a reminder, we require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. We have this policy in place to accommodate patients on our waitlist who are in need of an appointment. If you fail to give 24 hours notice, you are entitled for $30 cancellations /no show fee. Please respect the time of our staff, practitioners and other patients and let us know if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.
